Refund policy

Pro Med Sales stands by all of the quality of our products, therefore every item is inspected before shipping to a client. Any damages made during shipping will be handled with the carrier (FedEx) but for additional information or inquiries contact Pro Med Sales at sales@promedsales.biz for any assistance. All sales are final unless the product received is not the same as the product ordered by the client. Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase so long that the customer is will to pay for the initial shipping cost, the return shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee.

All order cancellations subject to a 25% restocking fee. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund of any order cancelled after it has been processed for shipping.
